Anderson Gomes da Silva is a Brazilian design leader based in Amsterdam, where he is Design Director at adidas. Before adidas he built and led design teams in technology companies, including time as Head of Design at bol and at Youse. His focus spans design systems, strategy and the craft of leading designers.
