Ben Shown

Ben Shown is a head of design who leads product envisioning and brand experience work for partners including Amazon, Cisco, Microsoft, NASA and The New York Times, and heads a studio in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

He also teaches design process as a part time lecturer at Northeastern University. He is drawn to making technology less frustrating and more equitable, and writes and speaks widely on design systems, workshops and north star thinking.
