Patrycja Rozmus

Patrycja Rozmus is a design leader with more than two decades building products and the teams behind them. She is Director of UX at EF Education First in Zurich, and is NN/g UX certified. Her work has centred on design systems, design operations and design strategy at scale. She founded the Pencil design system at Brainly and has held design leadership roles at Zalando and Ringier Axel Springer. She speaks and writes on product design, design systems and AI practice.
