WaysConf

WaysConf is an annual product, design and research conference held in Kraków, Poland, and hosted at EXPO Kraków. It is aimed at product designers, UX and product researchers, product managers, developers, founders and design leaders, and grew out of a Kraków design community that began running meetups and workshops in 2017.

The event started in 2018 under the name DesignWays Conf and was renamed WaysConf in 2022 to reflect a broader scope spanning product, research, technology and teamwork alongside design.

Programming is organised around themed tracks such as Design, Research and Product, with a workshop day preceding two conference days of talks, case studies, masterclasses, roundtables and networking, and content is delivered in person in Kraków with online streaming and video-on-demand access.

The conference emphasises practitioner-led sessions built on real case studies, and edition regularly see more than 1,500 attendees and more than 60 speakers across multiple stages.
