Nicole Michaelis is a content designer turned design director with over a decade shaping content and product experiences for global technology companies. She's established and led agentic, content, and UX design from scratch. Earlier roles include content design lead at Wolt/Doordash, senior UX writer at Spotify, and contracts at Miro, the Chan Zuckerberg Foundation, and Paypal.

She hosts the Content Rookie podcast and writes regularly on Medium and her Substack (eggwoman).
