Kelly Jura is a product and user experience leader working at the intersection of design, technology, and AI. As Chief Experience Officer, CXO, at Qwoted, she leads product and user experience for the platform connecting journalists with expert sources, with a focus on using human-centered design to strengthen trust in an increasingly AI-generated world.
Over more than two decades, Kelly has led product, brand, and customer experience initiatives across SaaS technology, healthcare, education, and consumer brands. Previously, as VP of Brand and User Experience at ScreenPal, she led the award-winning rebrand of Screencast-O-Matic into ScreenPal, while overseeing product strategy, UX research and experience. She has also co-authored several patents for proprietary design processes in healthtech.
Kelly is a Board Member of the Design Management Institute and is MIT-certified in Human-Computer Interaction, Nielsen Norman Group-certified in UX Management, and a Certified ScrumMaster. A frequent speaker and industry contributor, she has presented for organizations including WomenTech Network, Columbia University, the Interaction Design Foundation, and CUNY. Kelly has hosted master classes in journey mapping for the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). Her work and leadership have been recognized by WomenTech Network, DMI, and User Interviews. She regularly contributes to conversations around product strategy, design leadership, user research, and representation in technology.
