Founder of Redwoods Design System Community, The Question, Design System Studio Sparkbox, and creator of a widely-referenced Design System Maturity Model. Ben coaches and researches how design system teams mature, with particular attention to team culture and organisational awareness. He runs The Question, a bi-monthly, live, collaborative learning, research show for design systems practitioners, and speaks internationally on systems strategy and organizational culture.
