Annual UX strategy and management congress in Graz, gathering global usability practitioners for talks and workshops.
The World Usability Congress is an annual user experience, usability and UX management conference held in Graz, Austria.
The programme features keynotes, talks, masterclasses and focus days covering enterprise and future UX, alongside workshops and a certification scheme.
First held in 2013, the congress draws practitioners, researchers and business leaders from many countries. It combines a main conference with networking formats such as the Leaders Exchange and evening events, and has offered usability certification to attendees.
More recent editions form part of the wider Graz Connects programme, which bundles the congress with related events on human centred design. The congress is a separate event from World Usability Day, although it partners with that initiative.
