The conference for design leaders, focused on the craft of leading teams and organisations.
Leading Design, produced by Clearleft, is a conference dedicated to design leadership and management rather than hands-on craft. It convenes heads of design, directors, and VPs to discuss organisation, influence, culture, and the direction of the discipline.
The event is deliberately intimate, on the order of a couple of hundred attendees and a small, carefully chosen group of speakers. Its sessions address how design leaders shape teams and organisations, including how AI is reshaping design leadership.
