Annual UX and design conference held in Bristol by the experience-design agency Nomensa, focused on collaboration and team dynamics in digital design.
Collaborate is an annual user experience and design conference held in Bristol and organised by the experience design agency Nomensa. First staged in 2015, it examines collaboration and team dynamics as a route to solving design problems, and covers UX, design leadership, accessibility and adjacent digital practice.
The programme mixes talks from practitioners at organisations such as Monzo, Government Digital Service and Conde Nast with hands-on elements including an Empathy Lab session on assistive technology. Ticket prices are kept deliberately low so the event remains open to students and early-career practitioners.
A UX leader discusses winning executive buy-in, pairing qualitative and quantitative research, and building a customer-centred culture as the discipline's boundaries broaden.
